CBAI & Associates has a well-defined Task Order Management Process that provides responsive, high-quality services on time and within budget while exceeding requirements. A key activity for all of tasks is the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR). This activity is performed very early in each Task Order and drives:

Project Management

  • Thorough, up-front planning
  • Understanding and agreement by the Government and CBAI & Associates HQ Team members of the Task Order Plan
  • Agreement on cost, schedule, resources, activities, and the approach to satisfy meeting the requirements, and most importantly
  • Establishes a BASELINE by which to measure performance.
  • Depending on the complexity of the task, IBR’s generally take from 4–32 hours. At the IBR meeting, the CBAI Associates/Government

Logistics Life Cycle Management
Within Logistics Life Cycle Management Support Services, CBAIA provides a full range of logistics services to include Strategic and Operational Logistics. Our corporate principals has guided the development of numerous Logistics Life Cycle Management Support Systems, while implementing upgrades, spares and support in policy development and implementation. At the highest level of visibility of past and present performance of the above mentioned, is our direct logistics support to Marine Corps Logistics Command, Marine Air Ground Task Force C4I, Marine Corps Systems Command and the U. S. Army Communications Electronic Command Programs.
