HR Manager
A human resources manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the personnel department within CBAI & Associates. This includes posting advertisements or approving advertisements for new employees, screening resumes and applications, setting interview appointments and being involved in the hiring process. The human resources manager is also key in providing employee supervision and evaluations, retraining employees, offering mediation services for struggling employees as well as firing employees that are not meeting standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in a related field such as human resources, business administration, political science, and psychology.
Experience:
5-7 years related experience. Must have excellent skills in management techniques, budgeting, counseling, business planning, and organization and systems design. Thorough knowledge of all the human resources areas, including benefits, salary compensation, employment, equal opportunity, payroll, and career planning.
Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.

Mission Planner
Education:
Must have an undergraduate (BA or BS) degree or higher.
Experience:
This position requires documented experience as a designated Pilot or Flight officer in operational military aircraft, with at least one tour of duty in an operational capacity. Designation as a mission or strike commander, section or division lead, NATOPS (or USA/USAF equivalent) instructor, or squadron tactics officer will be given additional weight in evaluating suitability for the purposes of this contract. Enlisted aviation specialists are not considered qualified for this position.
Documented “hands-on” experience with automated mission planning systems is absolutely essential for this position.
Given the nature of the programs supported under this contract, at least 60% of the personnel occupying this position must be either current or former Naval Aviators or Naval Flight Officers.

Instructional System Designer
Education:

Technical Writer
Education:

Experience:

Configuration Manager
Education:

Senior Logistician
Education:
A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree with an emphasis on business or project management.
Experience:
Ten years of general experience in the development and implementation of logistics actions with at least five years experience in two of the following areas:
- Configuration management regarding hardware, software, COTS, and GOTS, in support of systems similar to those detailed in the SOW with similar fielding and sustainment requirements
- Working within at least three of the following Logistics elements (five years total):
- Reliability engineering activities such as Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis, Failure analysis, Sparing requirements, and other reliability engineering disciplines

Intelligence Specialist
Education:
Must have a high school degree or equivalent.
Experience:
This position requires documented experience as qualified operator in the operation of various imagery exploitation, target data generation, intelligence data processing, or geospatial data management systems. Formal designation as a qualified system instructor and/or experience with the communications infrastructure of such systems will be considered a plus. Education:

Experience:
