Program Manager

It is desired that the Program Manager (PM) have a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.  A degree can be substituted with five years of direct Life Cycle Support experience similar in activity described herein. 

Experience:   

The PM is desired to have a minimum of five years of experience in Program Management of a Life Cycle Support or related project that was similar in size and activity described herein. 

All individuals must hold (or be eligible to hold) a TOP SECRET clearance and be eligible for SCI access. 

General Duties:  

The PM shall act as the single point of contact for day-to-day operations and is responsible for managing the contractor’s staff.  The PM shall maintain a schedule that reflects contractor’s ongoing activities and will ensure that work is being completed on time.  The PM shall ensure that the project is operating within the C4ISR approved financial budget and will deliver a periodic financial report.  The PM shall attend status meetings and adhoc meetings.
